Salary Range: D76,968.00 – D84,000.00 annually 

Job Summary: The School Principal is responsible for the overall management and leadership of the school, ensuring a safe and productive learning environment. The principal oversees the educational program, manages staff, and engages with students, parents, and the community to foster academic excellence and student well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the school’s staff, including, training, and evaluating teachers and support personnel.
  • Ensure compliance with educational laws, regulations, and standards.

Educational Program Management:

  • Oversee the development and implementation of the curriculum to meet educational standards and student needs.
  • Monitor student progress and academic performance and implement strategies to improve outcomes.
  • Facilitate professional development opportunities for staff.

Budget and Resource Management:

  • Prepare and manage the school budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively.
  • Oversee the maintenance of school facilities and ensure a safe and conducive learning environment.

Reporting and Evaluation:

  • Collect and analyze data on school performance, including academic achievement and operational efficiency.
  • Report to region or school board officials on school progress, challenges, and needs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in education administration or a related field.
  • Valid principal certification or license as required by the region.
  • Significant experience in educational settings, including teaching and school administration.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups and manage complex situations.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to perform duties in a school environment, including classroom visits and meetings.
  • Occasional lifting of materials and equipment related to school activities.

Job Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Special Needs Teacher to join our team at EnennFoof Excellence Academy (EFEA). The Special Needs Teacher will be responsible for creating and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with diverse learning needs, ensuring they receive appropriate educational support and accommodation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs.
  • Design and deliver differentiated instruction tailored to the unique needs of each student.
  • Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting teaching strategies as needed.
  • Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to support student development.
  • Manage classroom behavior and create a supportive learning environment.
  • Provide individualized support and interventions to address academic and behavioral challenges.

Job Summary: The School Custodian is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, orderliness, and safety within the school premises. This role involves performing routine cleaning tasks, managing supplies, and ensuring that the school environment supports the health and well-being of students and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Cleaning and Maintenance:

  • Perform daily cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and dusting classrooms, hallways, restrooms, and common areas.
  • Clean and sanitize restrooms and ensure a hygienic environment.
  • Maintain a clean school facility, including windows, walls, and furniture.

Facility Upkeep:

  • Conduct routine inspections of school facilities to identify and address any maintenance issues.
  • Report any damaged or malfunctioning equipment and facilities to the appropriate personnel.
  • Assist with minor repairs and maintenance tasks.

Safety and Security:

  • Ensure that safety protocols are followed, including the proper handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
  • Monitor and address safety hazards, including spills or damaged flooring, to prevent accidents.
  • Assist in setting up and securing rooms and facilities for events or after-hours use.

Supply Management:

  • Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, including ordering and restocking as needed.

General Support:

Qualifications:

  • Develop and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the curriculum and educational standards.

  • Prepare and maintain instructional materials and resources.

Student Assessment and Evaluation:

  • Assess student performance through assignments, tests, and observations.
