Gardener & Groundskeeper
Equipment & Facility Care:
- Operate and maintain gardening and landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and irrigation systems.
- Ensure safe storage and use of gardening tools and chemicals.
- Perform minor outdoor repairs or report larger maintenance issues to the supervisor.
- Assist with preparation of grounds for special events or seasonal changes.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in gardening, landscaping, or groundskeeping.
- Knowledge of plants, soil care, irrigation systems, and pest control methods.
- Ability to operate and maintain groundskeeping equipment safely.
- Physical ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and ability to work independently.
Working Conditions:
- Primarily outdoor work in various weather conditions.
- May require lifting, bending, and extended periods of standing or walking.
- Flexible schedules may be needed depending on seasonal demands or events.
