Mr. Kawsu Fadera was been integral to The Gambia Youth Chamber of Commerce since its establishment in 2017. Until December 2023, he held the position of Enterprise Development Manager, and he currently serves as the Business and Enterprise Development Officer at the Gambia Startup Chamber of Commerce. His previous roles at GYCC included administrative/finance officer and senior programs officer. Mr. Fadera holds a diploma in business studies. He is a certified trainer and coach in SME Business LOOP and a trainer in essential entrepreneurship, communication in startups, SIYB, and business formalization. Furthermore, he is recognized as a Business Development Consultant and Project Development Expert at EnennFoof Excellence.
