collective responsibility. Enenn Foof plans to embark the community Darsilami on multiple projects, including but not limited to poultry farms, juice factories, etc. Enenn Foof Excellence and the Darsilami acknowledged that egg is the cheapest protein that is affordable to almost every Gambian household and research have shown that, the entire poultry farmers in The Gambia produces less than 6% of the market demands. Our team deemed it necessary to start poultry farming at our school center to create jobs, provide nutrition for the school feeding programs and extra income to support the school operation. A good number of children are faced with malnutrition and for this initiative will seek to minimize it to a certain extent. We want to make sure students are well feed to enable them to focus on learning, growth and development.
Our goal is to build Climate resilience through Agriculture and sustainable development and create jobs for the parents and communities’ member. We intent to use the proceeds from the small projects to support Enenn Foof Excellence Academy scaling up from Pre-School, Primary, Junior & senior high.
A. To improve the educational outcomes of underprivileged children by enhancing teacher quality through appropriate professional development programs. Also Successfully implementing multi-layer projects incorporated into our Education. Scaled up to Elementary school serving 525 students & parents instead of 75 students receiving service now. Partnering to advance excellence and innovation, economic growth, and social transformation within the education sector
B. To provide innovative training, mentorship, coaching, networking, financing, and technical assistance opportunities to underprivileged children throughout The Gambia.
C. To set up a system that will enable all students with disabilities to complete their academic pursuits successfully.
D. To assist academic institutions fully equipped with all instruments needed and adequate facilitators to support education for all.
E. To raise a generation of change agents/nation builders.
F. To create incentives for teachers, parents, and administrators to work together within the school communities to keep education vital and creative through regular infusions of fresh ideas.
G. To sharpen the focus on quality education.
H. To act as enablers in helping schools in The Gambia to achieve innovative educational opportunities appropriate to the diverse populations within each region.
I. To establish and maintain a growing permanent endowment with which to fund enhancements in the education sector.
J. To improve learning for at-risk students through innovative programs and curriculum and increase literacy for children, youth, and adults, including financial literacy where needed.
K. To create growth opportunities for our members through various initiatives. p) To offer effective co-operation and liaison with Government officials and bodies to broaden their understanding of the role of innovative educational techniques towards national development.
L. To develop and support a thriving academic setting by implementing a robust policy on innovation and technology.
M. To engage in any other meaningful activity that the board of trustees deems fit and further the organization's aims and objectives.
